The Story

Hero Kiddo is a Southern California manufacturer of commercial-grade inflatable products. When they came to Bliss Drive, their Shopify store was invisible in organic search, average position 24.6, no middle-of-funnel content, and a platform that fought every optimization attempt.

In 15 months, we moved them to page 1, grew organic revenue 76%, and made them the first inflatable brand ChatGPT cites by name for purchase-intent queries. Total site revenue grew from $645,693 to $1,565,057, a 142% year-over-year increase.

We also broke things and fixed them

In December 2025, a Shopify platform update silently overwrote our optimized metadata. Traffic dropped. CTR fell to 0.29%. We caught it within days, restored the metadata, and built a monitoring protocol that now runs on every Shopify account we manage.
